Doug Means, General Manager for Touch Solutions, is an experienced business leader with an extensive background in general management for the electronics and communications industries. Doug came to TE from Harris Corporation where he was General Manager leading the Workflow, Infrastructure and Networking (WIN) business unit. At Harris, Doug was instrumental in improving business and organizational performance. Prior to joining Harris, Doug served as the COO of Imagine Corporation, a privately held start-up company that was focused on video compression technologies and previously spent 13 years at Motorola, Inc as a Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Home & Network Mobility Division and the Satellite Broadcast Network Systems business. Doug holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a BS in Marketing from Southwest Missouri State University. |

Dave Renner joined TE Touch Solutions in 2010 as Senior Director, Global Finance. Dave comes to TE with over 20 years experience in financial management. Most recently he was Vice President and CFO of Optium Corporation (fiber optic telecommunications equipment company) where he grew the company from a venture backed start-up to a profitable, global, NASDAQ listed company up until it's merger with Finisar Corporation. Prior to Optium, Dave held several senior financial management positions at JDS Uniphase, most recently Director of Finance and Administration. Dave holds a BA in Business Finance from the University of San Diego and is a member Financial Executives International. |
| Bruno Thuillier

Bruno Thuillier is CTO of the Touch Solutions business, incorporating both the Elo TouchSystems brand and Sensitive Object. Bruno joined TE in January 2010 as CTO of Sensitive Object. He led the team in many breakthroughs in the development of the first and second generations APR products. Before joining TE, Bruno held a variety of senior R&D, Technology and Products management positions in large companies, including Siemens Mobile Phone. |
| Jim Melton
- Director, Operations and Quality |
Jim comes to TE Touch Solutions with over 25 years of operations and quality experience. Jim’s most recent operations role of was Plant Manager for Continental Automotive Systems in Elma, NY. Previously Jim was the Worldwide Director of Manufacturing Quality for Motorola Automotive and oversaw quality assurance and defect prevention for five manufacturing facilities in the United States, Mexico, France and China. Jim also held the roles of New Product Launch Manager and Director of Manufacturing Operations.
Jim holds a MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Michigan, and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky. |
| Sean Miller - Vice President Global Sales |
In his new role, Sean Miller will be responsible for further enhancing and growing the TE Touch Solutions business globally. Sean will be focused on developing a world class sales organization to address the ever changing needs of customers. Mr. Miller will also be responsible for customer service, sales operations and field engineering. Sean brings almost two decades of experience in sales management to the role, the last 11 years with Motorola. He was most recently Vice President of Sales and Country Manager for Motorola Mobility providing sales, marketing and operations management in the Canadian marketplace. Prior to that Sean held sales management positions with General Mills, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Schering-Plough. |
| Brian Borradaile
- Global Director of Strategic Marketing |
Brian Borradaile is Global Director of Strategic Marketing of the Touch Solutions business, responsible for aligning the Touch business’ strategic plans with the long-term trends of the Touch market. Brian joined TE in June 2007 as a Mergers & Acquisitions Director in TE’s Corporate Strategy group, and has since led a number of successful transactions, including the acquisition of Sensitive Object in January 2010. Before joining TE, Brian held posts in the private equity and investment banking industries with LLR Partners, Sonenshine Partners and Credit Suisse Group, focused on investing in and advising high growth technology companies. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
| Kevin Cole
- Senior Director, Global Product Management |
Kevin Cole leads the Touch Solutions' Global Product Management Team. He brings extensive executive management experience with repeated results-driven success in multiple electronics businesses and functions including product management, project management, marketing, engineering and procurement. Prior to assuming this role, he was Vice President of Next Generation & Specialty Product Management at Motorola defining technology, device integration, product definition and carrier/retail sell-in support requirements for leading edge consumer products. He previously held leadership positions in consumer devices, component technologies engineering, cellular infrastructure, and semiconductor products businesses. His teams have propelled and maintained a large number of product programs utilizing key enabling technologies and continuous management of cost drivers. He drove change and improvements that enhance product value propositions, customer experiences, and quality. Kevin holds an MBA degree from Texas Christian University and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. |
| Diana Finucane - Senior Director, Global Human Resources |
Diana Finucane joined TE Connectivity in 2011 as the Senior Director, Global HR for Touch Solutions. Diana comes to TE with over 20 years of HR Management experience, primarily in the technology sector. She has global HR expertise in the areas of Rewards & Benefits, M&A, and HR Business Partnering. Prior to joining TE, Diana served at Applied Materials leading HR Strategy & Transformation, Global Benefits, Metron HR, and a variety of other HR positions over her 15 years with the company. Diana has a demonstrated ability to design strategies, solutions, and deliver results. During her tenure as head of benefits for Applied Materials, Diana served on the board of Dossia, an organization delivering a personal health platform. Diana has a BS in Business with an emphasis in Management, and a SHRM PHR Certification. |
| Keith Pradhan - Director, Commercial Business |
Keith Pradhan joined Elo in 2008 with over twelve years experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing and Competitive Benchmarking. Over the past several years Pradhan has created successful strategies for companies across multiple industries in the areas of market entry, operational improvement, acquisitions, sales effectiveness, new product launches and supply chain. Previously, Pradhan was a management consultant with AT Kearney and a Global Account Manager with Celestica. With AT Kearney, he worked with a large variety of clients to improve their competitive positions through a combination of growth, cost-cutting and asset effectiveness initiatives. At Celestica, he managed entire business portfolios across multiple geographies for customers such as Sun Microsystems and Cisco, which included new product launches, end customer fulfillment, manufacturing, design and sourcing. Pradhan holds an MBA from both Berkeley and Columbia, Management of Technology from Berkeley and both a Masters and Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Queen's University in Canada. |
