Sharon Segev is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Elo Touch Solutions. Segev is responsible for Elo Touch Solutions’ worldwide legal operations, covering matters such as commercial transactions, corporate governance, employment, compliance, finance, intellectual property, litigation, and strategic transactions.
Segev joined Elo Touch Solutions in 2012 with a proven track record of over 15 years of experience in multiple legal disciplines, including negotiations of complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic IP transactions and implementation of legal strategy and processes. Prior to Elo, Sharon Segev was Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Corporate Legal at Cadence Design Systems, a Nasdaq-traded electronic design automation company. At Cadence, she held various leadership roles, including head of Mergers & Acquisitions, and most recently as the head of the Business Practices and Corporate Group, in charge of all worldwide business practices, Americas commercial, corporate, securities and compliance matters.
Segev cemented the earlier stages of her career in top law firms, including the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, handling a wide range of legal matters for multinational private and public companies. She holds degrees in law and accounting from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and is admitted to both the California and Israeli Bar. |
