The Elo Return and Repair Policy gives guidelines and procedures for returns and repairs.
Policies and procedures may vary by country.
First, a serial number is required to determine the warranty status.
Then you have two options:
- You can contact the local repair centre directly in your country from the list below. They will give you the return authorization number and their procedure for the return and repair.
- You can contact Elo online for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) for the main repair center in Germany which serves all of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
