No CTS Indication

Incomplete comdump Handshake Indication (DSR, but no CTS)

DSR indicates that power is applied to the controller.

The lack of the CTS indication can mean:

• the CTS line (pin 8 of the DB9 connector) is not connected
• there is a problem with the COM port or its connections
• the controller failed to complete its Power On Self Test (POST)
