"Controller not Responding"

This message can indicate a problem with the serial port data line connections or the controller.

Check that all cables are properly and securely connected.

If comdump indicates data when the screen is touched, the touchscreen can probably be made to work by disabling hardware handshaking. Add -p- to the end of the ELODEV command line in autoexec.bat. Reboot the system afterwards.

Run comdump to determine which line is at fault, or to determine if there may be a touchscreen or controller problem.
