Replicated Touchscreens (Video Splitter), Windows NT v3.1c Driver
To set up for multiple touchmonitors driven by
a video splitter (same video on each monitor), perform the following:
- Do the installation for the number of
touch monitors connected (up to four). When the Finish button comes up, select
"No, I will Restart my computer later".
- Run REGEDT32
Drill down to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\System
\CurrentControlSet
\Services
\Monmouse
- Set the following keys to the values stated:
- NumberOfScreens: (number of screens connected)
- NumXScreens: 1
- NumYScreens: 1
- Drill down to:
\TouchScreen 0
\Parameters
- Set the following keys to the values
stated:
- XlateXLow: 0
- XlateXHigh: 7fff
- XlateYLow: 0
- XlateYHigh: 7fff
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all other screens
connected.
- Close the registry editor.
- Reboot the computer.
- IMPORTANT Run the calibration
routine manually. NOTE: Calibration from
the control panel will cause errors to be generated.
- From NT Explorer, double-click elocal32.exe in the winnt\system32 folder.

Calibrate each screen
as the calibration targets are displayed.
