Installation

• Double-click the sw500849.zip file in Windows Explorer to unzip the driver files and start the installation wizard. The default installation directory is \Program Files\Elo TouchSystems, Inc\Elo XP Universal Driver. After serial driver installation, the files are also in \Program Files\Elo TouchSystems. The installation can also be accomplished by double-clicking the EloSetup.exe file.

• Disabling handshaking (required if using a two-wire serial connection)

Troubleshooting

• Touch cannot be held longer than 10 seconds
