Downloading and
Installing Windows CE Drivers
- Go
to the Driver and File Download page of the Elo Web
site.
- From the drop-down list, select Elo Drivers, Windows Embedded.
There
are serial files for CE versions 4.x, 3 and 2; and USB files for CE
versions 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 - be sure to select the appropriate
file for your application.
- Accept the license agreement and download the file.
- Using Windows Explorer, go to the location of the downloaded file, then
double-click the file to unzip and install it to C:\Program Files\Elo
TouchSystems, Inc\Elo Serial (or USB) Package for Windows CE (version
number)
- Go to that location and read the appropriate RTF file; that will tell you
how to include the Elo driver in your build.
You must make sure your build file is functioning properly before
including the Elo driver.
