Video Problems - Small Video

Video does not fill the entire display area:

Older LCD monitors are not capable of the interpolation required to make a lower video resolution fill the screen. That is, only the optimal resolution will fill the entire video display area; lower resolutions will display as a reduced video area. The only solution is to upgrade to a newer monitor.
