Summary of new features & changes in driver v1.1 beta1:
-------------------------------------------------------

  1. Provides graphical and commandline based control panel. 

  2. Provides graphical window to display progress of touchscreen 
     characterization data download. 

  3. Supports Ubuntu and Debian Linux distributions (kernel 2.6.24 and lower). 
     It has been tested on Ubuntu 8.04 distribution.



Known Issues in driver v1.1 beta1:
----------------------------------

  1. In certain Linux distributions, when the Properties tab in the graphic 
     control panel or the diagnostics option (option 7) in the commandline 
     control panel is selected, a touch input may be needed to display the 
     device information.  

  2. The APR daemon (eloapr) needs to be stopped using the command 
     "/etc/init.d/eloapr stop" before an APR touchscreen is unplugged. If it 
     is unplugged and replugged without a stop, touchscreen properties may be
     incorrect. Touch input will not be affected.
