Introducing Elo's New Entuitive Touchmonitor Brand and Marketing Model Numbers

Elo announces the formal launch of our new family name for Elo TouchSystems branded touchmonitors. Entuitive will officially become our product name to increase brand awareness. A new marketing model numbering system will apply to all touchmonitors along with the new Entuitive brand name.

Marketing Model Numbers

Along with the Entuitive brand name comes a new model numbering system that allow you an easy way to refer to a specific product. The new Entuitive model numbers are now just 4 digits and 1 letter.

For example, the model number 1525L reflects the following:

  • 15 refers to the monitor size
  • 25 refers to the series number and form factor (in this case 25 refers to desktop)
  • L refers to the monitor type (in this case L stands for LCD)

Here are the series model numbers and their related form factors:

  • 2 = Desktop
  • 4 = Rear-Mount (Kiosk)
  • 6 = Panel-Mount/Rack-Mount
  • 8 = Chassis
  • L = LCD
  • C = CRT

All existing touchmonitors will:

  • Keep same part number (e.g., 528547-000)
  • Keep same part number description (e.g., ETC140C-7SWB-1)
  • Keep same agency certification (e.g., ETC140C-****-*)
  • Keep the same drawing
  • Adopt new marketing model number (e.g., Entuitive 1425C)

Availability, Ordering and Pricing Information

Product availability, ordering and pricing remain the same. Only the marketing model numbers will change.
