Job Location: Knoxville, TN

Job Purpose:

The Program Management Intern will support all functional aspects of customer accounts and projects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that the customer is set-up for success. A successful candidate will be highly organized, have a result-oriented work ethic, and have excellent communication skills. In addition to supporting enterprise accounts and projects, this individual will be responsible for supporting internal projects, including creating repeatable processes and documentation that can be utilized company wide. This role will have regular engagement with all functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Product Management) and visibility with senior leaders at Elo.  

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate people and processes to effectively support the customer account throughout the sales and deployment phase 
  • Responsible for project organization, coordination, and management while driving for customer success 
  • Work closely with the Operations, Engineering, and Product Management teams to align customer requirements and communicate updates 
  • Develop customer facing documentation for unique accounts and company-wide utilization  
  • Support the Sales team through SFDC account management and data entry  
  • Support Elo Service agreements to provide customer support, track inventory levels with partners, and follow open RMA’s  
  • Provide customers with reports and metrics as requested (ex. RMA status, lead times, inventory) 
  • Support internal projects with Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure project coordination 
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion or working towards B.S. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related experience in an internship or co-op position 
  • Highly experienced with MS tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) 
  • Highly organized individual with a detail and task-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to adapt based on changing priorities, while executing on short deadlines 
  • Proven leadership experience including taking initiative in a team setting 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) 
  • Experience creating new processes and process-improvement 
  • Ambitious to learn within the tech industry while working with top enterprise companies

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
