Job Purpose:

Support North American recruitment, including but not limited to, interview scheduling, resume screening, background checks, onboarding scheduling, offer letters, I9 verification, and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Open new requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as ensure the ATS is up to date with all relevant requisition and candidate information
  • Post openings to various internet job boards, state job agencies, schools and community organizations, etc.
  • Search resume databases for passive candidates fitting the job requisition requirements
  • Assist recruiter in completing phone screens for selected candidates
  • Schedule in-person interviews on behalf of the recruiter and hiring manager(s) 
  • Arrange travel for the recruiter and interviewees as needed
  • Create customized offer letters and ensures complete accuracy
  • Submit and reviews pre-employment background checks and conducts reference checks 
  • Manage the full life cycle of new hire paperwork to include the I-9 form
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience 
  • Additional duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ADP, Workday, iCIMS, or similar ATS
  • Working knowledge of EEOC and all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Suite
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and be comfortable with maintaining sensitive information
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend or walk for prolonged periods of time
