Alerts and Timeline
EloView now monitors device alerts and sends notification emails based on the severity of the issue.
Types of Alerts
- P1 Severity - (instant emails)
- Application install triggered from Device using local app or FileExplorer
- P2 and P3 severity - (daily summary emails)
- Data Reset triggered from Device
- Device Reboot
- Device Network Configuration change
- Control Panel Unlock
- Application uploaded to portal
You can enable or disable email notifications for each account user.
You can also switch to the 'Timeline' view for a chonological breakdown of all device notifications within the past 24 hours.
