A serial number is required to determine warranty status:
— All large format interactive digital signage "IDS" displays (from 32" to 70") are subject to ISP in case of defect. If you have an IDS unit and for all countries listed below except Russia: IDS Swap Program (ISP)
— You can contact Elo for a Return Material Authorization "RMA" through the main repair center in Germany which serves all of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at:

— You can contact the local repair centre directly in your country from the list below. They will give you the return authorization number and their procedure for the return and repair.
